1. General Provisions

Lirnexa provides access to a software suite (interactive learning space) that enables hosting online lessons, tracking classes, and using built-in interactive tools.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Provision of Services

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis according to the billing plans chosen by the user in their personal account.

Access to the paid features of the Service is activated automatically online immediately after successful confirmation of the transaction by the payment system.

The service is provided for the period paid by the user (1 month, 1 year, or another billing period depending on the selected plan).

3. Payment Methods

Payment for the Service is made in cashless form using Visa and MasterCard bank cards through integrated payment gateways (such as WayForPay) or other available payment methods on the site.

All payment operations are handled through secure payment provider servers. We do not store your complete bank card credentials on our servers.

4. Delivery & Activation

As the Service provides purely digital services (software access), physical delivery of any goods is not applicable.

Activation of access and delivery of digital usage rights are carried out instantly upon payment completion directly inside the user's personal dashboard.
