We collect information that you provide directly to us when registering, such as your name, email address, password, and profile information.
For students, we may keep records of lesson attendance, notes, and learning materials uploaded by the teacher or student.
We also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, and device details.

To provide, operate, and maintain our educational platform and interactive lesson rooms.
To personalize your learning experience, including customization of workspaces, course materials, and virtual whiteboard boards.
To send you administrative notifications, payment reminders, and class schedules.
3. Data Retention and Sharing
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide services to you or comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers (such as hosting and database services) solely to operate our platform securely.
4. Google Calendar Integration & User Data Policy
Lirnexa provides an optional integration with Google Calendar to help you synchronize your lessons and classes. Below is our disclosure regarding Google user data to comply with Google API Services User Data Policy:
Data Accessed
Specifically, we access Google Calendar events and calendar metadata (e.g. calendar IDs, timezones). We request scopes to read your calendar list and read/write calendar events.
Data Usage
We process and handle Google user data to synchronize your platform lessons with your Google Calendar. This includes displaying your availability to prevent scheduling conflicts, creating event cards for scheduled lessons, and updating or deleting them on your behalf specifically when lessons are rescheduled or cancelled on Lirnexa.
Data Sharing
Lirnexa does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties under any circumstances. All data is processed solely on our secure servers to run the integration.
Data Storage & Protection
Your Google OAuth 2.0 access and refresh tokens, along with synced calendar event IDs, are stored securely using strong encryption protocols (AES-256) inside our database. All communications with Google APIs are encrypted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS) in transit.
Data Retention & Deletion
Google user data is retained only as long as your Lirnexa account is active and you remain connected to the Google Calendar service. You can disconnect the integration at any time in your Calendar Settings, which immediately revokes our OAuth tokens and permanently deletes all synced Google Calendar data from our database. Alternatively, you can request full account and data deletion by contacting us at [email protected], and we will process the deletion within 48 hours.
